• How does Nexo separate duties between Finance, Procurement, and HR?

  Access is role-driven. Finance admins see financial workspaces, procurement managers see purchasing, inventory managers see stock, and HR admins see people data. Organization admins can oversee structure without everyone sharing the same screens.

• Is there traceability for sensitive financial actions?

  The Finance area includes audit log capabilities so administrators can review activity in line with your internal controls. Pair that with your own policy on who may post journals, approve payments, or change master data.

• Where does our data live?

  Deployment and hosting details depend on your contract and environment. Your Nexo representative can document region, backup expectations, and support windows so legal and IT can sign off.

• What should we enforce for user accounts?

  Follow your corporate password and MFA standards. Nexo should be treated like any other business system: unique credentials per user, prompt offboarding when someone leaves, and periodic access reviews by module.

• How are external vendors handled safely?

  Vendor-facing experiences are scoped to procurement workflows you expose. Keep vendor accounts limited to the people who need RFQ or PO visibility, and align internal approvals before sensitive documents are shared.
