• What is Nexo ERP, and what problems does it solve?

  Nexo ERP is a modular enterprise suite that brings Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HRMS into one place. It is built for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools but are not ready for a slow, one-size-fits-all legacy rollout.

• Can we start with only the modules we need today?

  Yes. Nexo is modular by design. Many teams begin with a single area—such as Inventory or HRMS—and turn on Finance or Procurement when processes and stakeholders are ready.

  That keeps training focused and avoids paying for software nobody uses yet.

• Who typically uses Nexo day to day?

  Finance admins work the ledger, VAT, banking, and approvals. Procurement manages requests, RFQs, purchase orders, and goods receipts. Inventory teams run stock in/out, products, and alerts. HR admins handle onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and reports. Organization admins coordinate users, locations, and structure.

• How do we evaluate Nexo before a full rollout?

  You can book a guided walkthrough of the modules you care about, then align a pilot scope with your team. We recommend starting with one workflow—such as procure-to-pay or month-end close—and expanding once stakeholders are comfortable.
