• Do we pay for every module even if we only use one?

  No. Licensing is aligned to the modules you activate for your organization. You choose the footprint that matches your current operations and expand when new departments or processes come online.

• Can we add Finance or Procurement later without restarting the project?

  Yes. Modules share the same organization, users, and navigation patterns. When you enable another module, your admin configures access and you roll out training for that area—without replacing the whole platform.

• How are users and roles handled for billing?

  Billing conversations usually cover active modules and the scale of your user base. Role-based access inside Nexo keeps Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR data separated so you only grant what each person needs.

• What should we expect for contracts and renewals?

  Commercial terms—including term length, renewal, and payment cadence—are agreed with your Nexo representative. Your statement of work should list enabled modules and any services such as implementation or training.

• What if we need to reduce scope after a phase?

  Talk to your account contact before changing modules or user counts. We will map the impact on workflows and reporting so finance and operations are not surprised by missing features or data access.
